Authentication Types with DepositLink

DepositLink offers multiple authentication types:

• Authenticator App (Google/Microsoft) - receive a code using a secure application
• SMS Authentication - receive a code via SMS at the phone number provided

Adding the Authenticator App

• Step 1: Click on the Icon in the top right and then click My Account.
• Step 2: In the left sidebar menu under Profile, click on the Security tab.
• Step 3: Click the Add Authenticator App button.
• Step 4: The next screen provides links showing where to download either the Google Authenticator app or the Microsoft Authenticator application to your phone. Once the app is downloaded to your device, click Next.
• Step 5: Scan the QR code from the downloaded app. Click Next.
• Step 6: Enter the code the app has generated and click Verify.
• Step 7: Save recovery codes. Click Next.
