Activating your DepositLink Account

  • Step 1: On the DepositLink sign-in (https://app.depositlink.com/login) page, click the Activate Your Account link or go directly to (https://www.depositlink.com/activate).
  • Step 2: Once you are on the activation page, please enter the email address that you have been set up with in DepositLink and click Submit.
  • Step 3: This will trigger a Welcome to DepositLink email. Click Login Now.
  • Step 4: The next page will ask you to confirm your mobile number.
We request your mobile number for two-factor authentication. The phone number provided will need to be a valid US number to receive the confirmation code.
  • Step 5: Once confirmed, you will receive a six-digit code to enter, and then you will be able to create a password. Enter the code on the window that appears and click Submit Code.
  • Step 6: Enter your secure password on the following window and click Continue.
  • Step 7: You will be brought back to the main login page, where you can enter your email and your newly created password to log in.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Activation Email Not Working

Not Receiving The Activation Email

  • Check with your Admin/Brokerage that the email has been sent. 
  • Ensure you have the correct email address and that there are no typos.
  • Confirm that the email has not landed in the junk/spam folders in your email provider.

Not Receiving The 2FA Code

  • Ensure the phone number matches correctly. 
  • The code will only be sent to a valid US number.
  • Carrier delays can impact when these codes are received.
