Adding a New Office to DepositLink

  • Step 1: In the left sidebar menu, select the Offices tab.
  • Step 2: Click the +New Office button.
  • Step 3: Enter the new office information in the next window. 
  • Step 4: Click the Create New Office button.
  • Step 5: Once the office has been added. Click the View Details link.

Adding a New Office Admin to DepositLink

  • Step 1: In the left sidebar menu, select the Agents/Teams tab.
  • Step 2: On the next page, click the +New Agent button.
  • Step 3: Enter the admin’s First and Last Name, Mobile Phone Number, License Number (optional), and select their Role and Office.

Clicking Add & Activate will send a welcome email from DepositLink to the user to create a password.

Clicking Add as Inactive will add the user to the account as Archived. No activation email is triggered.

Success! You have added a new Office Admin.
