Updating the Assigned Agent
- Step 1: Go to the Deals tab.
- Step 2: Find the Deal and click View.
- Step 3: On the left side, where the deal details are, click the Edit icon next to the Agent field.
- Step 4: Click the button Reassign Agent and search for the agent you wish to assign this deal to.
- Step 5: Click Save and Close.
Editing a Property Address
- Step 1: Start on the Deals tab, find the deal with its current property address, and click View.
- Step 2: On the Deal Detail Page, click the Edit Icon to the right of the Deal Information box.
*If the deal has a payment that has already been submitted, please contact a company admin who has permission to edit deals with submitted payments.
- Step 3: On the Next Screen, click the Change Address button. Enter the new address and then click Save and Close.
Deal Information
If you would like to include additional information related to the deal, the following fields can be edited at any time:
- Reference Code
- MLS
- Landlord
Document Center (optional)
Upload documents related to a deal to share with your finance team.
- Step 1: Go to the Deals tab.
- Step 2: Find Deal and click View.
- Step 3: On the left side, where the deal details are, click the Upload Documents button on the bottom left of the page.
- Step 4: In the window that appears, drag and drop a document or click to browse your computer.
Document Formats Accepted:
- Max of 10 files
- Max file size 2MB
- File type: pdf, txt, doc, docx, png, jpg, jpeg
Cancelling a Payment
- Step 1: Go to the Deals tab.
- Step 2: Find the Deal and click View.
- Step 3: Click Cancel Payment.
- Step 4: Click Yes to confirm.
Additional Actions
Resend Options
- If a payment is still in a Requested status, you can resend the payment request email.
- Click Resend Email.
- If a payment is still in a Requested status and you would prefer to text the payment URL directly.
- Click Copy URL.
Change Deadline
If a payment is still in a Requested status, you can change the payment deadline.
- Step 1: Click the three-dot menu next to the transaction.
- Step 2: Choose Change Deadline.
- Step 3: Select the new deadline date.
- Step 4: Click Save Deadline.
Payment Notification
If you would like to add recipients to the payment notification, you can add recipients at any time.
- Step 1: Click the three-dot menu next to the transaction.
- Step 2: Choose Payment Notifications.
- Step 3: Add recipient(s) and confirm.
- Step 4: Click Save and Close.
Automatic payment reminder emails will be sent on the following schedule:
- 24 hours before the deal expires.
- 8 hours before the deal expires.
- 1 hour before the deal expires.
Archiving a Deal
In the event that a deal has fallen through or is no longer active, you can archive the deal to remove it from the main view.
- Step 1: Go to the Deals tab.
- Step 2: Find Deal and click on the three-dot menu to the right.
- Step 3: Select Archive.
- Step 4: This will move the deal to the Archived folder. You can toggle between Active and Archived deals by clicking the View Archived Deals link.
