Removing a Bank Account as an Agent

  • Step 1: Click on the Icon in the top right and then click My Account.
  • Step 2: In the left sidebar menu, select the Personal Bank Accounts tab.
  • Step 3: Select the account you wish to remove.
  • Step 4: Click on the three-dot menu.
  • Step 5: Click Delete Account
  • Step 6: There will be a pop-up notification to confirm the change; click Yes.

Success! The bank account is removed. 

Removing a Bank Account as a Buyer

  • Step 1: Click on the Icon in the top right and then click My Account.
  • Step 2: On the next screen, click on the Bank Accounts tab.
  • Step 3: Select the account you would like to remove, click the three-dot menu, and select Delete Account.
